Shipping Policy

 

All of our products are usually covered under the warranty offered by the Seller but the buyer is advised to check all the warranty conditions being provided by the Seller and should satisfy himself/herself before placing his/her order. In case the Buyer experiences any problem with the product, or the warranties being offered he/she shall be required to contact the seller directly.

Return, Replacement & Refund policy

Buyer shall independently agree upon the manner and terms and conditions of delivery, payment, insurance etc. with the Seller with whom the transaction is made.

Question : How can I return a product ordered from voyagerworld.net?

Answer: To offer a delightful shopping experience on Voyagerworld.net, we offer you a Return Policy in which within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unused/undamaged item in its original packaging, for a refund in cases where wrong item was delivered to you.

Please contact “Customer Care” before initiating Return. We will instruct you on the process how to return the product.

When you return your product, please indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the transaction number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier. You must return the product to the address of respective seller. In case you are not sure about return address, please contact our customer care.

We will refund you the cost of the returned item after deducting any charges if applicable. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products ordered from our website.

No interest can be claimed by the Buyer in case of a refund.

 

Question : Within what time period do I have to return the product?

Answer: You need to return any product bought from our Voyagerworld.net within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment. We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

 

Question : How and when will I get my refund?

Answer: All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.

Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to respective seller (this includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.

The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.

 

Question : What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Voyagerworld.net?

Answer: If an item ordered by you on Voyagerworld.net is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, “Contact Us” for a replacement. Our Customer service team will confirm the replacement. You are required to hand over the defective item in the same condition as delivered to our logistic partners as intimated to you by our Customer Service representative.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund.

In case the Buyer desires to get a replacement made for the Product which has been damaged in transit, please note that replacement shall only be made, if the same Product is available for sale by the Seller and replacement is a feasible option. In case, replacement of the damaged product cannot be made, refund, as applicable will be made by the seller.

 

Question : What Will Happen, If Item Is Returned To The Office As Undelivered?

Answer: Non-perishable goods -Our logistic partners will attempt to deliver the item twice or will try to contact you if the parcel could not be delivered to you due to some reason. In the unlikely event the product could not be delivered due to one of the reasons mentioned below, the goods will be returned to respective seller's address and the customer will be informed. The goods will be held for 7 days at the office. Redelivery to an alternate address can be requested within this period subject to payment of additional charges.

The above-mentioned policy will be applicable for the following reasons:

2.      Recipient Not Available

3.      Refused By The Recipient

Perishable goods - For perishable items the delivery will be attempted only once. After the attempt the order will be cancelled and no further attempt will be made to deliver it. No refunds or cancellations will be made for perishable goods.

        Due to permanent improvements in product quality, the actual product may occasionally differ from that illustrated or specified in the web site/ catalog. All stated performances, dimensions, weights and sizes are approximates.

        Prices as mentioned on the web site are subject to change without prior notice. Voyagerworld.net is not responsible for any omissions, typographical errors of item descriptions and / or prices.

        Warranty, if any, on the goods sold shall be as per the warranty card and can be claimed only form the seller. Voyagerworld.net does not give any warranty or assure the quality and/or performance of the goods. Incase of manufacturing defect, customer needs to take the product to the nearest service station authorized by the manufacturer or need to send it to seller.

Please note that we can process replacements, returns and refunds only for Product purchased from Voyagerworld.net. Please note No Exchanges shall be entertained on Voyagerworld.net under any circumstances whatsoever.

 

Shipping Policy & Conditions

Once a product has been purchased or booked, Voyagerworld.net will share the order details with the Seller so that he/she can ship the product to the Buyer. Shipping will be done by the Seller as per the shipping condition mentioned on the Offer details page. Normally the Buyer would be able to receive his/her product within 7-10 working days after approval of payment. Liability of transferring the product shall lie solely with the Seller and the Buyer cannot hold Voyagerworld.net liable for the same in any manner whatsoever.

Shipping duration for Product is dependent on the following factors:

·         Products may be shipped by a variety of carriers.

·         Products may be shipped by air or surface transport based on a number of criteria like distance, nature of Product etc.

·         Products may be dispatched from various locations based on where the Seller is from, whom they were sourced from etc. Hence dispatch locations may be different for each item in a single order. Transit time may be different from different dispatch locations to your order's delivery location.
